On the 3rd floor, this stylish chic Mid-Century Mountain unit has panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range, Mount Baldy, and Lake Dillon.
Our 3BR/2BA unit offers everything you need and is stocked with amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room features vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace (wood can be bought at any local store), and a 55" smart flat-screen TV.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The 2nd room offers to twin beds, with a large closet for storage.
The 3rd room is a loft with a queen bed.
The spacious condo offers ample room to relax or get some laptop work done with world class views.
The private balcony offers seating for enjoying the majestic Summit County views. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including moose and foxes.
This 3BR/2BA unit comfortably sleeps 6 people, with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Bathroom amenities are included (free toiletries).
While the clubhouse amenities are temporarily unavailable, you'll find endless entertainment options right at your doorstep. Explore nearby Silverthorne and Dillon for shopping, dining, and cultural attractions, or venture out to one of the six nearby ski resorts for thrilling downhill adventures.

**Please Note**
1. There is no elevator! You will be walking up 49 steps (3 levels from the ground floor to get to the condo front door). You may need to stop and catch your breath but we promise it will be worth the climb with the world class views from the top floor!
2. The Clubhouse has closed with no open date, so this amenity is no longer offered.
3. Camper trailers and oversized vehicles CANNOT be accommodated onsite.
We take pride in our guest service and support. There is a "Welcome Book" in the kitchen area, designed to help make your stay as seamless and smooth as possible. We also offer a 24/7 emergency contact (contact info found in the Welcome Book).
PARKING:
There is 1 assigned parking space #303C under the building (a carport). Another spot is available in the lot, (no guarantee) first come first serve parking. 2 parking passes are in the front of the "Welcome Book". Return them at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement fee for each pass.
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace is wood burning; fire wood can be bought at most gas stations and City Market. Caution: Do NOT use liquid fire starters/fluids, as they are fire hazards. *Important*- make sure the flue is open by sliding the handle all the way to the right (located just above fireplace doors).
SATELLITE TV & STREAMING:
The living room TV has Dish Satellite Cable TV. Firestick remote works for TV power and inputs. Dish remote will power dish box (there is a “remote guide” and “channel guide” in the back of this book). You will need to login to your Amazon account on the Firestick to access your streaming networks. Please logout of your Amazon account/ streaming networks when checking out.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry room is open 24/7. Located in between buildings A & B on the carport side of the building. You are responsible for your own detergent (machines take quarters only and no coin machine onsite).
THERMOSTATS:
There is 1 thermostat in this home located by the stairs. Do not leaving clothing on baseboards as it is a fire hazard. At check-out turn thermostat to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
FISHING PONDS & TENNIS COURT (EXCEPT WINTER):
The Beaver Ponds and hiking trail are below building E (across from the carport). There is a tennis court located across Ryan Gulch Rd (next to building DD).
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the kitchen trash is full, please take your bagged trash out to the dumpster during your stay (located in the parking lot in between buildings A & B).
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the kitchen cabinet above the fridge. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out, include this property name in the email.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located on the hall wall next to the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, nice layout. Host was very responsive for fixing an issue we had while we were out & about. Would come again (esp. if the cleaning fee was lower).

Loved this place so much. The host really thought of every detail, nothing was lacking. Even had fans in the closet and plenty of coffee supplies in the kitchen. Could not have been happier with this stay.

This place was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking and it was exactly what the pictures showed. They have clear instructions and local recommendations. It is on the 3rd floor so be ready to get your exercise on lol.
