Welcome to our lake view condo at Lake Cliffe, located in walking distance to downtown and is across from the shores of Lake Dillon.
Situated on the 3rd-floor of Building A, this unit offers panoramic views of Lake Dillon, The Ten Mile Range, Gore Mountain Range and Buffalo Mountain. The Dillon Amphitheater is just across the street.
Perfectly positioned across the street from the Dillon Amphitheater and the marina with the Keystone Ski Resort just down the road. Hiking/ biking trails are around the corner.
The Clubhouse features a heated indoor pool and two large hot tubs.
Our 2BR/2BA condo is newly renovated and offers everything you need. It is stocked with amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen, including stainless appliances, a granite countertop, and pull-up bar seating.
The living room, with vaulted beamed ceilings, a large wrap around couch, has a cozy stone gas fireplace and a comfortable open floor plan designed.
The dining room table offers a mountain view like no other.
The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom features an L shaped steam shower with multiple shower heads and jets.
The 2nd bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk Bed (Full on the bottom, single on top) with its own private attached en-suite bathroom offering a shower/tub combo.
There's a stack-able washer/dryer in the unit behind barn doors in the master hall.
The private balcony is where lake and mountain views await, providing the perfect backdrop.
This 2BR/2BA unit comfortably sleeps 5 people, with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Bathroom amenities are included (free toiletries).
The Summit Stage bus stop is across the street allowing you access to 5 of the area's renowned ski resorts—including Keystone and A-Basin (just 7 miles away).
Walk across the street to the Dillon Marina, while nearby eateries like Pug Ryan's Brewing Co. offer great walk-able dining options.
Golf aficionados can tee off at nearby courses in Keystone, Silverthorne, and Breckenridge. Plus, with the Summit Stage bus stop located across the street, exploring the county's treasures has never been easier.
Located right in this community are picnic tables, horseshoes, and a hammock in the outdoor courtyard amidst the stunning mountain backdrop.
Nearby, a charming park awaits, offering a playground for little ones while adults soak in the surrounding beauty.

We take pride in our guest service and support. There is a "Welcome Book" in the kitchen area, designed to help make your stay as seamless and smooth as possible. We also offer a 24/7 emergency contact (contact info found in the Welcome Book).
**Please Note**
1. There is no elevator! You will walk up 32 steps to where the majestic views await you.
2. The building HOA is strict on parking. 2 HOA specific parking passes are located in the “Welcome Book” inside the unit. ($150 fee if not return after your stay, HOA enforced)
3. Camper trailers and oversized vehicles CANNOT be accommodated onsite
PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement fee from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from building F. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement fees.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
There is a remote velcroed to the end table next to the fireplace. Give it 30 to 60 seconds to power on. If the remote batteries are dead and if there are no backup batteries contact us. We will be right out to address the issue during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off valve is located outside on the balcony.
CABLE TV & STREAMING:
Both TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom closet. You are provided with detergent (found under kitchen sink or above the washer & dryer).
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the refrigerator. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out, include this property name in the email.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the living room TV, should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo for an entire month and we felt right at home! Louis was a great communicator before and during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed (ex. Extra hangers for our extended stay) and let us know when the place was ready to check in. The lockbox for getting in and out was convenient so we didn’t worry about losing keys during our stay. The place was extremely clean and cozy - the fireplace was our favorite addition - and had very comfortable beds and linens. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and had perfect access to the lake for all of our activities. Very convenient for getting to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone and Breckenridge, and walkable to a concert at Dillon amphitheater. The main bathroom shower is amazing and the washer and dryer were a great plus. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we had pantry space for groceries. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back!

We loved the place (tastefully renovated unit in a rather well maintained complex) and the nearby playground plus the on-site pool were a hit with the kids. We also liked that Louis (host) was very helpful and professional. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Family Hiking/Rafting Trip. This was a great central location for our summer trip to Colorado. The proximity to the lake and amphitheater was ideal as well. The washer/dryer in the unit was a huge benefit.

We enjoyed our stay. The top floor condo was very clean and comfortable. Sleeping with the windows open for air flow, I thought it might be noisy in the morning, but it was very quiet. (I didn't realize that the bedroom has both blinds and curtains until the second night. The blinds allow you to have the windows open while still blocking out the light.) Loved that we could walk to the concert at the amphitheater. This was just a short stay, and we would stay again.

In love! This place was perfect for us. Walkable to so many things (Dillion Amp, Lake, Farmers Market, Pool, Parks, Shops). The space was super clean, and very well acquainted with everything we needed. Honestly, one of my favorite Airbnbs we've stayed at. The hosts were super helpful and very responsive.

We came up from Denver just for a couple nights to see a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. This was the perfect location! Very clean, extremely walkable and two parking passes for the attached parking lot.
