1. There is no elevator! You will walk up 1 flight of stairs to the 2rd floor, where the mountain lake views await.
2. The building HOA is strict on parking. 2 HOA specific parking passes are located in the “Welcome Book” inside the unit. ($150 fee if not return after your stay, HOA enforced)
3. Camper trailers and oversized vehicles CANNOT be accommodated onsite
PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement fee from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is located in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, across from this building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement fees.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is the same as the front door key in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
There is a timer to the right of the fireplace. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. If pilot needs to be relit email us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is a valve located on the porch behind the fireplace.
CABLE TV & STREAMING
The TV has Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on the smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER
There is coin operated laundry room located onsite under this building. Hours are 9am – 9pm everyday (there is no coin machine so come prepared). For detergent you will need to buy your own.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building towards East La Bonte St.) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the refrigerator. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.

Great comfortable place and location! Would stay again! Hot tub and indoor pool were fantastic for the kids, and very near the condo.

We loved the location! We decided to do a last second ski week in Summit county, mostly at A Basin. We are very lucky to have gotten this condo in Dillon! It was spacious, well stocked, reasonably priced, and only a ~20 min drive to A Basin and copper mountain. I highly recommend it and will stay again if I can.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo! Loved that we could walk down to the marina, and it was about a 15 minute drive to the Loveland Ski Pass! Also very conveniently located to restaurants and the grocery store! Our family will definitely be staying here again.

Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. Due to high winds, pilot may blow out. If pilot needs to be relit email us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off valve is under fireplace behind cover plate. SLEEPER SOFA LINENS: Linen set can be found in the master closet. Pillows are in the bedroom closets. (If used, leave sleeper sofa open and sheets left on for House Keeping to remove) CABLE TV & STREAMING: All TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out. WASHER & DRYER: The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom. You are provided with detergent found above the washer & dryer. THERMOSTATS: There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees. COOL AIR: There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet. TALKING TRASH: You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building) during your stay. LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES: If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the dining room closet. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after check out, include this property name in the email.
