The clubhouse, has an indoor heated pool and two inviting hot tubs—an oasis after a day of adventure.
This 2BR/2BA condo offers everything you need. It is stocked with amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen
The living room has a gas fire place, TV and an open floor plan. Making it comfortable to enjoy the views and relax.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, offers a queen bed and bunk bed—a suitable for larger families or groups.
This 2BR/2BA unit comfortably sleeps 6 people, with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Bathroom amenities are included (free toiletries).
Near 4 major Ski Resorts located throughout Summit County (Keystone, A-Basin, Copper & Breckenridge), with a 5th just down the highway in Vail.
Golf aficionados can tee off at nearby courses in Keystone, Silverthorne, and Breckenridge. Plus, with the Summit Stage bus stop located across the street, exploring the county's treasures has never been easier.
Located right in this community are picnic tables, horseshoes and a hammock in the outdoor courtyard amidst the stunning mountain backdrop.
Nearby, a charming park awaits, offering a playground for little ones while adults soak in the surrounding beauty.
There is a laundry facility located onsite to accommodate longer stays and larger groups.

We take pride in our guest service and support. There is a "Welcome Book" in the kitchen area, designed to help make your stay as seamless and smooth as possible. We also offer a 24/7 emergency contact (contact info found in the Welcome Book).
**Please Note**
1. There is no elevator! You will walk up 1 flight of stairs to the 2rd floor, where the mountain lake views await.
2. The building HOA is strict on parking. 2 HOA specific parking passes are located in the “Welcome Book” inside the unit. ($150 fee if not return after your stay, HOA enforced)
3. Camper trailers and oversized vehicles CANNOT be accommodated onsite
PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement fee from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is located in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, across from this building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement fees.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is the same as the front door key in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
There is a timer to the right of the fireplace. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. If pilot needs to be relit email us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is a valve located on the porch behind the fireplace.
CABLE TV & STREAMING
The TV has Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on the smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER
There is coin operated laundry room located onsite under this building. Hours are 9am – 9pm everyday (there is no coin machine so come prepared). For detergent you will need to buy your own.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building towards East La Bonte St.) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the refrigerator. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.

Loved this place! It was peaceful, beautiful views and quiet. Had lots of fun activities and had a lot of rest from the city. Would definitely come back to this place.
